Founder & CEO
Martin Seungmin Lee
Martin founded Neocast in 2025 to make entertainment for the age of AI. He created and executive produces 10 Humans vs. AI, the company’s first original, and leads its newsroom, VPRWRE.
Before Neocast he worked at Apple, where he directed and produced more than 100 videos across 20+ teams, worked on iPhone and Vision Pro, and presented work to Tim Cook. At Netflix he wrote all nine episodes of Larva Family (2023). He founded Phasework, a studio that makes launch videos for Fortune 300 companies and YC startups, and led growth at ThirdLayer (YC W25) after it acquired his startup, Showpilot.
He studied cinema at USC’s School of Cinematic Arts and is a Frame Fellow in media and AI safety. More than 23,000 people follow his work on Instagram.
